What are the fees for food vendors?
HotPlateGo has zero monthly subscription fees. We charge a flat marketplace fee of R5.00 per completed online order. Walk-in and pay-on-collection orders incur zero platform deduction.
What is the R2 checkout service fee?
Customers pay an independent R2.00 digital service fee at checkout on online orders. This fee supports digital gateway connectivity and is paid directly by the customer.
How long does vendor onboarding take?
It is instant! When you complete the 4-step signup wizard with your store name, contact details and address, your vendor workspace is activated immediately. No mandatory registration documents or ID numbers required.
How do customers collect their orders?
When your order is prepared and marked ready, you receive a collection notification with a secure collection PIN. Walk up to the counter, show your PIN, and collect your hot meal without queuing.
